Please select the region where you intend to promote and refer End Users to Medesk. To be eligible, you must have a legal presence in at least one country within the selected region (e.g., registered business, tax identification, or other legal entity status). If you are not registering as a legal entity, you must provide proof of address in one of the countries within your selected region (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued residency document). For the full list of countries included in each region, please refer to the partner terms & conditions below. Medesk reserves the right to review and approve regional assignments. If your region is not listed, it means the Partner Program is not yet available there. However, if you are interested in expanding Medesk’s presence to a new region, you can reach out to us at partners@medesk.md.

If you already have a Medesk username (login), we encourage you to enter it. This will speed up the validation process and help properly link your accounts. This field is optional but recommended for faster approval.
